Hope you find well.

I am M Faizal Thaha, residing at Sangaraja Mawatha,Colombo 10, Sri Lanka on rental basis and father of 3 children.

!am writing this request with much hope that you might be able to heip me. As recently onward I was suffering from chronic kidney disease and undergoing dialysis twice a week-4 hours each session.

This artificial kidney functioning procedure was extremely painful and the after effects were shivering,fever and vomiting and the only solution for this problem was kidney transplant at the earliest possible, for which we requested help as this life saving operation was very expensive and beyond our limit.

We managed to collect 1/3 of the estimated amount and on finding the donor,
We proceeded with the operation.

Alhamdulillah, the surgery was success and I am now recovering,
The balance cash has to be paid in order for me to get discharged from hospital on Sunday, the 20th.

We all know that humanity is the greatest religion and I humbly request you to help me come out from this situation by contributing for the hospital bill.
