Requesting Donation for a Kidney Transplant

Project Cost – Rs. 1.5 Million Lkr

Total collected- Rs. 300,000 Lkr

BALANCE NEEDED- Rs. 1,200,000/- (1.2 Million)

Appeal-

Mr. Mohammed Rizwanul Haque has been diagnosed with end stage renal failure and is on dialysis 3 times a week.

He has for high blood pressure and a heart patient, and is now requiring kidney transplant in India.

According to his doctor the estimation cost 500,000 INR.

Unfortunately he has been unemployed for 3 years due his high pressure and dialysis.

-The surgery will be done in India Kerala in Iqraa International hospital ,kozhikode,.

-The accommodation will be provided by the hospital itself kidney surgery patients.

-For the blood transfusions and lab tests in hospital required 200000 LKR .

-The patient’s tickets will be covered by his friends, and the wife’s ticket will be arranged by friends and family members and they have India visa available for 1year till march 2024.
