Respected sir/madam,
I am appealing for your consideration in allowing me to purchase a three wheel vehicle. We are reverts and my husband works at a koththu shop.

But unfortunately last month, he fell very ill with Asthma and was admitted to ICU.

Now the only source of our family income is lost.

We have no other means of income, as we are all struggling to make our ends meet…
